Where Did Mancini Realty and Mancini Custom Homes Come From?

We could tell you that Joseph Mancini had a vision of creating something special in 1972 when he went through the process of getting his real estate license, but that would only tell half the story. Joe’s vision was simple: to create remarkable companies that would be trustworthy, knowledgeable and focused on the needs of clients.

Even though Joe knew what he wanted to accomplish on LBI, it took 8 long years of learning, planning, and strategizing before that vision came to fruition: the founding of Mancini Realty Company. In 2002, our custom homebuilding activities were separated into what came to be known as Mancini Custom Homes.
